If every yoga teacher had a dollar for every person who said they would like to try yoga, but they are not flexible… we would all be rich!! It really does not matter if you can touch your toes.
What we do know is that breath and movement are some of the quickest ways into healing, and that’s why we are passionate about yoga for everyone, no matter your flexibility, or age, or any other perceived limitation! Yoga can refer to asana (poses), pranayama (breath exercises), yoga nidra (guided meditation), bhakti (chanting and sound meditation) and much more.
