YOGA LYFE IS upgrading OUR class booking software to Momence!
Thank you for your support as we transition to Momence, a new booking system designed to enhance your experience and better serve our community on Febraruary 28th 2025.
The first step for existing members is to complete the ‘2-Step Setup’ below.
Once you log in to the new app using the same email as your current Yoga LYFE account, all your existing booked classes, memberships, subscriptions, and passes will be available. Please take a moment to review our updated booking policies and updates to payments terms listed below these instructional videos.

BOOKING & CANCELLING CLASSES
The new Yoga LYFE App makes it super easy to book all your sessions. You can choose to use your subscription or pass to allocate to it. If your plans change, cancelling is as easy as one tap on the app.
UPDATE PAYMENT METHOD
Ensure your payment method is current and successfully processed if you have a membership subscription with us. For new purchases, you can choose either credit card or direct debit. To update your credit card, use the Yoga LYFE app, or call us to switch to direct debit.

FEEL THE LOVE
Find the style and teachers you love with easy to use filters for in-studio and livestream class bookings.
Each class will now appear on the schedule only once, and upon selection, you will be prompted to choose your attendance method—either in-studio or livestream.
You are one tap away from joining livestream classes - now directly from your app or email (supported via zoom).
Super easy booking with your own selection of which membership (subscription) or pass to allocate.
Waitlists with automatic minimum 1 hour notification via both SMS and email when a spot open. No need to confirm - but you need to cancel if your plans have changed.
UPDATED BOOKING POLICIES
No walk-ins, self bookings via the app essential.
Cancellations with a minimum 2 hours notice (via the app).
No ‘unpaid’ reservations including waitlists - active membership (subscription) or paid pass/drop in required.
Waitlist confirmation is sent via SMS and email with a minimum 1 hour notice. No longer available? - Self cancel via the app.
'No-shows' and late cancellations will have the class deducted.

UPDATES TO PAYMENT TERMS
Unsuccessful payments attached to Memberships (subscriptions) are automatically reapplied after 2 days. If unsuccessful on second attempt Membership is suspended and future bookings cancelled until payment method is updated.
Frequent Asked Questions

All bookings are self-managed through the app or website. We do not accept bookings via phone, SMS, email, or in-studio. You can book up to four weeks in advance.

Once you have completed the ‘2-Step Setup,’ you will always log in to the Yoga LYFE app or website using your email and password.

Yes! All existing bookings made in Mindbody through February 28 for classes between February 28 and March 31 will be automatically transferred to our new booking system, Momence.

No problem! With so many passwords these days, it can be hard to keep track. Simply click on www.momence.com/forgot-password and enter the email address you used when joining Yoga LYFE. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Yes! If another studio uses the Momence booking system, you can log in with the same email and password you use for Yoga LYFE at other studios.

Are you logged in with the same email address as your previous Mindbody account?
Please ensure you are booking the classes for your membership type within the designated date range.

Under ‘schedule’ tap the filter icon and tap ‘clear all’. Now all sessions will display. Alternatively use the filter to see only a teacher or class style.
