Respect, Remembrance and Interconnectedness
"Embrace our interconnectedness and recognise the profound impact we can have on others' lives. Create space for others to share their stories. Listen without judgment or the need to interject. See beyond the surface to meet someone at their core, embracing their vulnerability. Be the reason someone's heart opens a little wider." — @aolonow
We are incredibly fortunate to call this beautiful country our home, boasting one of the richest and oldest continuing cultures globally. Our heartfelt respect extends to the indigenous elders — past, present, and emerging — as we honour their Dreamtime and the ongoing stories still unfolding.
Let us, as a community, collectively remember and honour land and waters, acknowledging the traditional custodians who revered their connection to something greater than themselves. It serves as a poignant reminder that we are all interconnected, weaving threads in this shared existence we call life.
In the midst of current-day challenges echoing loudly in our lives, our invitation to everyone is to cultivate a profound sense of unity and respect for all beings. Recognising the richness it brings into our lives, may we seek a deeper understanding of our connection to nature and to each other.
Yours in shared moments of reflection and connection,
Denise and the Yoga LYFE Team
