Yoga Retreat

Still, what I want in my life is to be willing to be dazzled— to cast aside the weight of facts and maybe even to float a little above this difficult world.

Mary Oliver

Knowing how beneficial reflection and some quietness can have on my overall mental and physical wellbeing last weekend I went on a retreat in the Yarra Valley with the divine Andrew Mournehis. It is amazing what a difference three days immersed in nature, practising yoga, meditating, with lots of loving attention and care can do to reaffirm all the is good and meaningful. Together, we danced in the profound energy of the Wood Dragon—a majestic force pulsating with potentiality this Chinese New Year.

As always, when I go on retreat, I came away feeling uplifted and inspired.

The magic of a yoga retreat is not just a fleeting experience; it resonates long after, offering a profound sense of connection and resolve too. My weekend with Andrew honoured this beautifully, reminding me of the importance of stepping away, and the incredible power of the collective to lift us all, the healing that comes from unplugging, really listening, and laughing too.

A yoga retreat is a sacred space where you can delve into self-discovery, and holistic well-being. Whether you seek to realign with your life's purpose or simply crave a break to recharge, a retreat provides the perfect environment to nourish your mind, body, and soul.

Being on retreat helps us to slow down, and reclaim our originality, a guide really into reconnecting with what is meaningful for ourselves. It reminds us of the deep connection we have with nature, of the natural forces that merge everything and everyone, and helps us to attune to our sense of purpose in life.

This year we hope you’ll come retreat with us… we promise you that it will be a special time. We vow to take the very best care of you, and have some simple, empowering self-care routines for you (plus the goodie bags are sooo good).
