My personal journey with breathwork has been diverse. There were moments when I felt underwhelmed, struggling to keep pace, and times when I left feeling lightheaded. Yet, there were also instances of monumental shifts, where the very essence of my being seemed to transform. These experiences left me feeling more vibrant, at peace, and with newfound clarity.

One such transformative encounter was with Tina Bruce during a Conscious Connected Breathing session. The experience was so intense that it felt like a decapitation of the mind — sending a clear message to stop overthinking, let go, and step into the heart. What ensued was a liberating and empowering effect that resonated for days, propelling me into a new and positive trajectory for the year.
