Welcome to Your SECOND LYFE

Dear family, friends, and colleagues:

It is with a heavy heart that we close LYFE’s physical doors today. We have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely as it has spread about the world and are temporarily closing our doors to protect our communities’ health and safety, and all that is valuable to us.

If you have been along for the ride with us, you know that last week we launched SECOND LYFE, our online studio. The ONLINE CLASSES are a selection of pre-recorded practices that range from 5–75 minutes which allow you to keep practicing your beloved LYFE teachers. Yesterday was our first LIVESTREAM CLASS. Thanks to everyone who tuned in!

Starting tomorrow, we will begin daily LIVESTREAM classes for you to join via Zoom.  We have also added a MEMBERS ONLY area (see below).  These online services are included for all of our annual and monthly members.

The beauty of LIVESTREAM classes is that they continue to provide a sense of connection. Not only can you see the teacher, but each other. The practice is a dialogue between all of us, and signing in 15 minutes beforehand or hanging online after allows us all to talk and interact just as we would in the studio.

We’ve attempted to answer a few questions below, but please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time, even if you just a need a chat. We hope you'll keep practicing yoga, or whatever feels healing for you. Allow yourself some quiet time, or get loud if that's what you need. Reach out to friends and family. Help those in the community who are vulnerable. We will get through this, together.

With so much love and virtual hugs, Denise and the team at LYFE

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

How can I access the ONLINE and LIVESTREAM classes?
Under the ONLINE CLASSES tab on our WEBSITE you’ll find a few options. There are some classes that everyone has access to any time under FREE ONLINE CLASSES. Feel free to share these with anyone you feel could benefit from them.

The next option is LIVESTREAM SIGNUP, which enables you to sign up for our daily livestream classes via Mindbody like you normally would. The LIVESTREAM classes this week are FREE, feel free to invite friends to join us too.  Beginning 1 April classes will be offered at $10 a class or $60 a month for unlimited access.

The final option is the MEMBER ACCESS area that includes additional pre-recorded classes. This password protected members only area contains a library of classes that you and your entire family can enjoy, including Kids, Teen, Chair, Pilates, and workshop content. Classes will be added each week.

Annual and Monthly Members have unlimited access to all options.

How do I log in to LIVESTREAM classes?
Sign up for a LIVESTREAM class via MindBody, an email with login instructions will be emailed to you 30 minutes prior to the start of class. Instructions on how to use Zoom will be included in the email.

I’m an annual or monthly member, what will happen to my membership?
All LIVESTREAM and ONLINE CLASSES, and MEMBERS ONLY offerings are included in your membership at no additional charge. We would like to ask you to keep your membership at this time to continue supporting our small business and our teachers. If you wish to pause or cancel your membership, we will, of course, honour that.

My 10-Class card is about to expire but I still have classes left...
Absolutely no worries.  You can continue using your pass for LIVESTREAM classes. Alternatively, we will pause all class cards and give you an additional six months to use the remaining classes when we reopen.

I’ve recently signed up for a 14-Day or 30-Day Intro Pass, what will happen with my remaining days?
You can continue to use your pass to access the LIVESTREAM classes for the remaining duration of your pass. You also receive access to FREE ONLINE CLASSES.

I’ve left my mat at the studio, can I come get it?
Yes! We will leave mats in the carriageway  today 1–4PM, tomorrow 7AM–10AM, and Wednesday 11AM–2PM for you to retrieve. Please do not come into the studio. Text Denise if these times don't suit 0406224855.
