Breathwork and Healing

Dear Yoga LYFE Community,

Allow us to introduce you to a cherished member of our community, Tina Bruce, a local mum, dedicated yoga teacher, and breathwork facilitator who graces our studio with her presence regularly. You may have already crossed paths with her, engaged in conversations about her transformative retreats or experienced the profound effects of her breathwork and energetic sessions. Perhaps you've even bumped into her walking her dog.

Tina's approach to well-being is a beautiful blend of western science and eastern practices, particularly through the transformative power of breathwork. She eloquently describes it as an art form, using movement and sound to paint a person's energetic portrait, offering the potential to rewrite and express their unique story. Her own practice is highly intuitive, rooted in the belief that true healing begins with a transformation in one's relationship with oneself. A healthy person, according to Tina, is someone who refuses to compromise their spirit for external safety, urging us to be true to our intuition and discover the inner safety that comes with authenticity.

In the face of life's challenges, Tina encourages us to remember that the world is not only filled with suffering but also with individuals overcoming it. And as a delightful piece of advice, she suggests that if all else fails, one can find solace in the unconditional love of a furry friend.
