As we eagerly "spring forward" into October, we're thrilled to unveil our revamped schedule, now offering a more comprehensive range of classes to suit your preferences and needs. Alongside this, we've updated our class descriptions to make it easier for you to choose sessions that align with your goals.

While our fantastic and supportive teaching crew remains the same, we're excited to introduce new classes and new teachers, including a 45-minute lunchtime express, foundations, and pre-natal classes, continuing our commitment to provide YOGA FOR EVERYONE.

October also marks Mental Health Awareness Month – a significant initiative aimed at breaking down the shame and stigma often associated with the challenges many of us face. At Yoga LYFE, we are dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging and community, ensuring that you experience the holistic benefits of a regular yoga practice, particularly for your mental well-being.

Throughout October, we extend a heartfelt invitation to join us for FREE meditation and community classes. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just starting your journey, we encourage you to come, and feel free to bring your friends and family along too.
