She brings to you specially adapted yoga sequences, breathing techniques, and meditation practices that not only alleviated her own menopause symptoms but also transformed her experience into one of empowerment.

Margo's journey involved years of research, reading, and training with exceptional yoga teachers. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and understanding of the physiological and psychological changes that women undergo during the menopause transition.
